We are providing our March NSW capacity update across all service programs to support informed care planning and timely service coordination.

This overview is intended to assist Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, and Allied Health professionals in identifying appropriate service availability and facilitating prompt engagement of supports in line with participant needs and funding parameters.

Residence Revival continues to deliver ongoing domestic cleaning services as a core component of our support model. We are actively onboarding and maintaining participants across weekly, fortnightly, and monthly service schedules. These structured, recurring supports are aligned with individual care plans and are designed to promote environmental safety, hygiene maintenance, risk reduction, and long-term tenancy sustainability.

Service allocation is managed in accordance with current regional workforce capacity to ensure continuity, reliability, and clinically appropriate service delivery.

We have strong availability in North West Sydney, Southern Highlands, Wollongong / Illawarra, and Central Coast.

We have moderate availability across Greater Sydney, Inner West Sydney, South West Sydney, Blacktown & Parramatta, Blue Mountains, and Newcastle & Hunter.

🏠 Decluttering, Deep, and Forensic Cleaning

We have strong availability in North West Sydney, South West Sydney, Blacktown & Parramatta, and Wollongong / Illawarra.

We have moderate availability across Greater Sydney, Inner West Sydney, Blue Mountains, Southern Highlands, Central Coast, and Newcastle & Hunter.
