DEAR FRIENDS, SUPPORTERS & COORDINATORS

This past month has been one of our busiest—and most rewarding. From

jam-packed tradeshows to powerful participant transformations, we’ve been reminded daily of why Residence Revival exists.

OUR MISSION

To Restore Spaces and Rebuild Lives with Dignity.

Residence Revival was founded on the principles of dignity,
empathy, and care.

ROSE — THE BACKBONE OF OUR BUSINESS

Let’s start with a standing ovation for Rose, our Operations Manager—the glue holding everything together. Rose is not behind the scenes; she is the engine room. Every booking, schedule, workflow, and update flows through her expert hands.
Her calm, capable leadership is the reason our services are fast, reliable, and participant-focused. We honestly couldn’t do what we do without her.

POWERFUL PEOPLE, POWERFUL OUTCOMES

We’ve met support coordinators, plan managers, and providers who genuinely get it—people who care deeply about the individuals they support and want the best for them. It’s energising to meet like-minded professionals who see our work not as a clean-up but as a reset for someone’s life.

THE REAL HEROES: OUR PARTICIPANTS

LOOKING AHEAD:

COLLABORATING FOR BETTER OUTCOMES

We’re currently exploring exciting new ways to work more closely with behavioural support specialists and allied health professionals. One idea we’re developing is a reporting system that allows our cleaners—who are often on-site weekly—to observe and feed back relevant patterns that may assist behavioural teams with their participant plans.

We’re also building relationships to fast-track urgent support where environments pose a risk to health, safety, or tenancy. These systems are still evolving, and we’re actively seeking input, guidance, and collaboration from professionals who understand the complexity of these challenges.

If you’re in that space, we’d love to speak with you.

If you’ve met us at a tradeshow or you’re new to our work—let’s connect.

We love meeting professionals who share our mission. And we’re always happy to explain what’s possible for participants facing complex challenges.
With gratitude and pride,
Matt & the Residence Revival Team
